If you notice, usually when you feel good or bad you are correctly assessing how a situation is about to unfold. When your intuition kicks in your emotions do as well. Your emotions will in fact reveal to you how to navigate life's decisions. Believe it or not it's as simple as doing what feels good and not doing the things that feel bad.
The way to feel better about almost anything in your life is to focus on the things that make you feel good. Where your focus goes your energy flows. So when something feels good focus on it until it stops feeling good, then take a nap or focus on something else. Start listening to your emotions and get better at following their guidance.
Also don't get confused by the things that are "supposed to feel good" but don't to you. If it doesn't feel good to you then focus on something more broad or abstract that feels better.
The best time to start feeling good is right in the morning when you wake up. Before you get out of bed try to focus on the simple things that feel good to you. It could be as simple at the way the sun is shining in your room, the softness of your pillow or just the warmth of your blanket. Anythings that gives you a good feeling is good. That way you will start your day on a good vibe.
