Why can't I find the love of my life?
Why don't people like me?
Why am I always making mistakes?
Why can't I get out of debt?
Why is my business failing?
The answer your unconscious mind will give you will always be in the negative form also, which is not very productive and will just make you feel bad about yourself. Pay closer attention to your thought process and practice talking to yourself in a positive format. Examples of better, more empowering, questions are:
I wonder what I can do to attract the love of my life?
What is the first thing I need to do to improve my relationships?
How can I improve my attention and focus?
How can I get out of debt?
What can I do to increase my business profit?
Don't those questions feel different?
Your questions and words create images, then feelings, then your reality. The function of your unconscious mind is to follow directions from the conscious mind and to prove that your conscious beliefs are 'true' or' right.' So if you consciously believe that you can't do or be something your unconscious mind will construct your reality and circumstances in order to prove that you are right, So basically, no matter what you believe, you're 'right.'
The questions we ask ourselves determine the person we will become.
P.S. Go here if you want to better understand how the unconscious mind can affect your outcomes in life.
