Below I drew what I have called the "Achievement Spiral." It shows how our behavior,potential, beliefs and results are all interdependent and function together to create our experience. Before we can change our behavior we must first change the amount of potential we are tapping into. I believe we all have unlimited amounts of potential but some of us don't ever tap into it because our beliefs stop us. And our beliefs are, ironically, reinforced by our results. As you see, this becomes a never ending loop. This loop or spiral is either spinning upward taking you to greater levels of achievement and happiness or it is spinning downward and taking you down.
Change your beliefs + Tapping into your potential + Change your behavior = Changed results
