1. Practice being creative on a daily basis. I like to start by writing a list of ten random ideas. I write down anything that comes to mind. This is a great way to warm up your creative mind.
2. Carry a small notebook and pen everywhere to jot down ideas. I find it is really helpful to immediately write down an idea when it crosses my mind because then I won't forget it and I open up more space for another idea to flow.
3. Find solitude. I am usually most creative when I am in solitude for a while. It is quiet enough and still enough for ideas and inspiration to flow.
4. Move your body and ideas will flow. Making it a priority to work out, or at least get up for a walk, every day is healthy for your body and mind and spirit. It helps strengthen your creative muscle. :)
