1. Spend 90% of your time on your self development and 10% on your business. It may sound backwards but it's not. You're business is a complete reflection of you, so you have to keep your rituals and mindset in check constantly. Working on yourself will help you get the results you want in your business.
2. Find your true purpose. Most people are pursuing their inherited purpose, which is the one you learned from your family, teachers, and other adults. Your true purpose, however, is that passion that puts you in a flow state when you are engaging in it. It gives you total joy and you could do it for hours.
3. Find the business that best expresses your purpose. There are many different ways to have a business these days. It could be something online or brick and mortar, or providing a service, or teaching a skill, or selling your expertise or through community organizing, etc. Find what best fits you and your expression.
It takes courage and hard work to embark on the entrepreneur life, but it is worth it.
