Sit or lay down in a comfortable place, put on some earphones if you want, and listen as I guide you into a deep state of relaxation. I do self hypnosis every day with this same guided visualization and it feels so good. It's great to listen to as you meditate, right before you go to sleep, or any other time you want to experience deep relaxation. The more times you listen the better you get at it.
